앱 버전, 기기 및 문제가 생긴 화면을 알려주세요. 복구 키, QR 코드, 계정 암호나 인증 코드는 보내지 마세요.
Include your app version, device and the screen where the issue occurred. Never send your recovery key, QR code, account password or verification codes.

구독 복원 · Restore purchases

설정 → Earnroom Pro → 구매 복원을 선택하세요. 결제한 스토어 계정으로 로그인되어 있어야 합니다. 구매 복원과 근무 기록 복구는 서로 다른 기능입니다.
Open Settings → Earnroom Pro → Restore purchases, using the store account that bought the subscription. Restoring purchases does not restore your work records.

구독 관리 · Manage subscriptions

iPhone: 설정 → Apple 계정 → 구독 → Earnroom. Android: Google Play → 프로필 → 결제 및 정기 결제 → 정기 결제. 앱 삭제만으로 구독이 취소되지 않습니다.
On iPhone, open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Earnroom. On Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

백업과 복구 · Backup and recovery

설정 → 백업 및 기기 이동에서 백업하고 복구 카드를 안전하게 보관하세요. 클라우드 백업 생성·업로드는 활성 Pro 구독이 필요합니다. 기존 백업의 다운로드·삭제에는 Pro가 필요하지 않습니다. 복구 키와 기기를 모두 잃으면 제공자도 데이터를 복원할 수 없습니다.
Use Settings → Backup and transfer. Creating or uploading a cloud backup requires an active Pro subscription; downloading or deleting an existing backup does not. Keep your recovery card private. We cannot restore data if both your device and recovery key are lost.

데이터 삭제 · Delete data

클라우드 백업을 삭제하려면 복구 키가 있는 기기에서 먼저 백업 화면의 ‘암호화 클라우드 백업 삭제’를 선택하세요. 이후 설정 → 데이터 관리 → 기기 내 모든 데이터 삭제에서 로컬 데이터를 지울 수 있습니다. 로컬 삭제만으로 별도 클라우드 백업이나 구독은 삭제·취소되지 않습니다.
First delete your encrypted cloud backup from the backup screen on a device that has its recovery key. Then use Settings → Data controls → Erase all local data. Local erasure does not delete a separate cloud backup or cancel a subscription.

Check your timezone, unpaid breaks, pay rates, adjustments and received amount. Estimates use your inputs and do not replace payroll statements or legal determinations.
