2. 기기에 저장하는 기록 · Records on your device
근무지 이름, 급여 설정, 일정, 근무 시간과 메모, 급여 비교, 포인트, 동반자 및 공간 진행 상황은 기기의 로컬 데이터베이스에 저장됩니다. 기본 기록 기능에는 회원가입이 없습니다. 로컬 기록은 백업이나 내보내기를 선택하기 전에는 앱이 서버에 업로드하지 않습니다.
Workplace names, pay settings, schedules, shift times and notes, paycheck comparisons, points, companions and space progress are stored in a local database. Core tracking requires no account. The app does not upload these local records unless you choose backup or export.
3. 선택적 암호화 백업 · Optional encrypted backup
클라우드 백업을 요청하면 앱이 기기에서 기록을 암호화한 뒤 암호문만 업로드합니다. 백업 서버는 암호문, 불투명한 백업 식별자, 인증 토큰의 해시, 기기 식별 문자열, 버전 및 처리 시각을 저장합니다. 복구 키 원문이나 암호화 전 근무·급여 기록은 백업 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 생성·업로드 시 익명 구매 식별자를 보내 Pro 권한을 확인합니다. 다운로드·삭제에는 구매 식별자가 필요하지 않습니다. 백업은 사용자가 삭제할 때까지 유지됩니다.
If you request cloud backup, records are encrypted on your device before upload. The service stores ciphertext, an opaque vault identifier, an authentication-token hash, a device identifier string, version and processing timestamps. The app does not send your raw recovery key or plaintext work and pay records to the backup service. Creating or uploading a backup sends an anonymous purchase identifier to verify Pro access. Downloading or deleting a backup does not require this identifier. Backups remain until you delete them.
백업 인프라는 Cloudflare Workers·R2·D1을 사용합니다. 파일 저장소에는 암호문을, 데이터베이스에는 백업 인증·버전 정보를 저장합니다. 보안·요청 제한을 위해 서버는 요청 IP에서 비밀값을 결합한 해시와 요청 횟수를 처리합니다. 매시간 정리 작업이 하루보다 오래된 요청 제한 기록과 24시간이 지난 미참조 암호문을 정리합니다. 삭제 처리에 실패하면 재시도할 수 있도록 유지하며 서버 장애 동안 정리가 지연될 수 있습니다. 호스팅 제공자는 서비스 제공 및 보안 목적으로 IP와 기술적 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 기록을 광고 프로필 작성에 사용하지 않습니다.
Backup infrastructure uses Cloudflare Workers, R2 and D1. Storage holds ciphertext, while the database holds backup authentication and version metadata. The service processes a secret-salted hash derived from the request IP and request counts for security and rate limiting. Hourly cleanup removes rate-limit records older than one day and unreferenced ciphertext older than 24 hours. Failed deletions remain retryable; outages may delay cleanup. Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses and technical connection information for service delivery and security. Records are not used for advertising profiles.
4. 구매 및 외부 제공자 · Purchases and service providers
Apple 또는 Google이 결제와 환불을 처리하며, RevenueCat이 구독 권한 확인과 구매 복원을 지원합니다. RevenueCat은 익명 앱 사용자 식별자, 구매·거래 식별 정보, 구독 상태, 상품, 구매 시각, 스토어, 국가 및 SDK 동작에 필요한 기기·앱 기술 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱은 카드 번호를 받지 않습니다. 해당 제공자의 처리에는 각 정책이 적용되며 데이터가 해외에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
Apple or Google handles payments and refunds. RevenueCat supports subscription verification and purchase restoration, and may process anonymous app user identifiers, purchase and transaction identifiers, subscription status, products, purchase times, store, country and technical device/app information needed by its SDK. The app does not receive payment-card numbers. Providers apply their own policies and may process data outside your country.

5. 권한과 내보내기 · Permissions and exports
알림은 기기에서 예약하는 로컬 알림입니다. 카메라는 사용자가 복구 QR 스캔을 선택할 때만 사용하며 영상은 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 위치나 연락처 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. CSV·PDF·암호화 파일을 내보내면 사용자가 선택한 공유 앱·저장 위치가 파일을 받습니다. 공유 전에 내용을 확인하세요.
Notifications are scheduled locally. The camera is used only when you choose recovery QR scanning; camera images are not uploaded. No location or contacts permission is requested. Exported CSV, PDF or encrypted files are delivered to the destination or app you choose.
6. 광고와 추적 · Advertising and tracking
앱에는 광고 SDK나 별도 행동 분석 SDK가 없고, 광고를 위한 앱 간 추적이나 개인정보 판매를 하지 않습니다. 구매 정보는 앱 기능, 구독 지원 및 RevenueCat 대시보드의 구매 이력·구독 통계 분석에 사용합니다.
The app has no advertising SDK or separate behavioral analytics SDK. It does not sell personal information or perform cross-app advertising tracking. Purchase information is used for app functionality, subscription support, and purchase-history and subscription analytics in the RevenueCat dashboard.
7. 삭제 및 통제 · Deletion and control
설정에서 알림·카메라 접근을 통제하고 로컬 데이터를 지울 수 있습니다. 클라우드 백업은 별도 삭제 버튼으로 삭제합니다. 백업 삭제 전에 복구 키를 잃으면 익명 백업 소유권을 확인하기 어려울 수 있습니다. Apple·Google·RevenueCat의 결제 기록은 법적·회계 의무와 각 제공자의 정책에 따라 별도로 보관될 수 있습니다. 지원 문의로 받은 정보는 문의 해결과 필요한 법적 의무 이행에 사용합니다.
Control permissions and erase local records in Settings. Delete cloud backups separately using the backup deletion button. If a recovery key is lost before deletion, it may be difficult to verify ownership of an anonymous backup. Apple, Google and RevenueCat may retain transaction records separately under legal obligations and their policies. Support correspondence is used to resolve your request and meet necessary legal obligations.
8. 변경 · Changes

Updates are published here with a revised effective date. Material changes are communicated through the app or this page when required.
