Terms of Use
Effective: 2026-10-03
Service
Earnroom, provided by Gensight, manages personal records and earnings estimates based on your inputs. Estimates and paycheck differences are not official payroll, tax or legal determinations. Check your contract and pay statements.
Pro · Free features and Pro
Both spaces and all four companions are free. Completed spaces remain yours regardless of Pro status. Pro includes unlimited workplaces, paycheck checks, encrypted cloud backup and full history. Points and space progress reward record keeping; they have no cash value, transferability or guaranteed real-world redemption.
Auto-renewing subscriptions
Monthly Pro provides one month; annual Pro provides twelve months. The displayed price is charged to your Apple or Google account when purchase is confirmed. Monthly plans are billed monthly and annual plans yearly in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through your store account’s subscription settings. Access remains for the paid period after cancellation. Uninstalling or erasing records does not cancel a subscription. Store policies and applicable law govern refunds, pricing changes and billing.
Records and recovery
You manage record accuracy and the safekeeping of your recovery key. Keep a backup in a safe location outside your device. We cannot recover a lost key. Subscription expiry does not itself delete existing records, although new Pro operations may be restricted. Existing encrypted backups can be downloaded or deleted without a paid subscription.
License and statutory rights
